Silly Sally The Clown

I have been super busy in Iowa the last few weeks of summer. I performed at the Iowa State Fair, Wall Lake Farm Festival, at many birthday parties and have been busy taking my KangaKids FunBus to area daycare centers. In addition, I helped judge 4-H projects at the Iowa State Fair for several days. It sure was a pleasure to evaluate so many exhibits by young people from across Iowa as well as help kids who were performing in Share The Fun.(Talent Show) Summer is slowly coming to an end with the kids heading back to school this week and fall is just around the corner. Silly Sally, Sparky and Sweet Tooth the clowns face painted and twisted balloons for employees and their families at Mercy Medical Center in Mason City, Iowa. Hundreds of children not only enjoyed interacting with the clowns, but had a great time on inflatable games, a mechanical bull and carnival games.  Great food was also served up to everyone on a beautiful day in northern Iowa.

Silly Sally is a central-Iowa clown and professional speaker who provides corporate and priviate party entertainment for children of all ages. Sally has been a professional clown since 1996 with both B.S. and M.A. degrees in physical education /health.  She is a professional musician and has released several CDs and videos. Her passion is helping children make positive choices while enjoying the special times of just being kids. She would love to help make your event special. Frequently KangaKids Party Entertainment provides entertainment for company picnics or events. Yesterday I had a great time providing fun for the children at the Terex Crane company picnic in Waverly, IA (just north of Cedar Falls and Waterloo).

During this event the kids enjoyed an uncounted number of balloon hats, animals, and other sculptures. Family members also had a chance to see a few magic tricks and enjoy some temporary tattoos.

The venue for the picnic was Bremer County Fairgrounds. There were certainly many smiling faces as the company really went all out for the kids and adults. There was a monster truck, a live band (The Saturday Morning Band out of Green Bay, WI), a money machine, haystack search, and more. The catering crew served up some great BBQ.

It was quite an event!
